5 - Payment Policy

Your subscription begins immediately upon subscribing after a 3-day trial of $1.99. If you do not cancel your subscription, it will automatically renew every 30 days, and you authorize a recurring charge of $39.99 to your credit card each month. In the event of an unsuccessful recurring payment, Sekme Entertainment reserves the right to apply a discounted membership rate, allowing you continued access to the Service. If this discounted rate cannot be processed successfully, an administrative fee of up to $3.00 administrative fee may be applied to maintain your subscription until the full or discounted subscription fee is successfully processed.

Payment issues must be resolved with your provider. Internet connection fees are your responsibility.

6 - Cancellation Terms

Users have the right to cancel their subscription at any time, starting from the date of registration. If a cancellation occurs after billing has already begun, the subscription will be deactivated immediately. However, the account will remain active until the end of the prepaid period, meaning users can still access the service for the remainder of the billing cycle.

However, Sekme Entertainment may terminate access immediately and issue a prorated refund for any unused portion of the subscription period. Continued use of the Service after modifications or termination constitutes acceptance and waives further refund claims.

9 - Breach and Consequences

If you do not comply with the agreement, Sekme Entertainment has the discretion to take any actions it deems necessary or appropriate, beyond or in place of terminating or suspending your access to the site or service. These actions could include temporarily or permanently disabling your account, IP Blocking and/or use any other technical or legal methods available to enforce compliance.

10 - Service Adjustments and Termination

Sekme Entertainment may update, suspend, or discontinue any Platform, or supported devices at its sole discretion, temporarily or permanently, and without prior notice. You agree that Sekme Entertainment is not responsible for any inconvenience resulting from such changes. In some instances, Sekme Entertainment may provide compensation, such as discounts, credits, or refunds, but this will not be offered if the suspension or termination arises from a breach of these Terms.

15 - Refund Guidelines

Refunds owed to you will be provided at the earliest but no later than 10-14 days after your cancellation notice minus any applicable deductions. Refunds will typically use the original payment method unless an alternative is agreed. Requests for refunds must be submitted within 28 days of the sign-up date.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights. Once a refund is processed, it may take up to 5 business days to appear on your card or account.
